With the competition for Residential and Commercial Real Estate higher than ever before, it has become imperative that Tenants provide excellent references from their Real Estate Agents and Landlords when they vacate a property.
Agents and Landlords now expect high quality cleaning of properties to ensure that a tenant receives their bond back and a positive and favorable referral for the future.
The amount of time required to achieve such high results in cleaning may be surprising to many tenants, and should the cleaning not be up to the Agent’s standards, the Tenant risks not satisfying these requirements and not receiving their bond back and an unfavorable reference. Many Agents now require a property to be professionally cleaned before their bond is actually returned.
